It all started 1966, when the founding restaurant “Tonkatsu Shinjuku Saboten” was opened in Nishishinjuku, Tokyo. That first restaurant’s unique design and and thorough commitment to flavor quickly established the brand, and Saboten proceeded to rapidly expand outward.
