We focus on authentic Taiwanese flavors, seasonings adhere to the traditional method.We selected fresh ingredients carefully and inherit the old masters of traditional crafts.Our main product,braised pork rice and fried rice noodles,taste with thick and broth handmade pork.We use Hsinchu rice noodles as our fried rice noodles.Rice noodles absorb enough marinade taste,with the natural color of soy sauce,minced pork and bean sprouts scented with rice flavors on top.
