Sentosa was founded in Taipei in 1988, inspired by the tropical island of Singapore. It is more than just a name — it is a symbol. Though the island is small, it endures through wind and rain, remaining steady. Founder Francis Tai drew on his childhood memories and life experience, blending the diverse food cultures of his homeland to create Nanyang cuisine with a Singaporean spirit. We believe that true excellence comes from the commitment to consistency — not in being the best, but in being just as good as the last time, every time.
