Introduction

Welcome to the GLORIA OUTLETS (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” and also as “we”, “our” or “us”) Membership Rewards Program. To enjoy your membership benefits, please read the following explanation on membership levels, terms and conditions of services, and discounts and benefits, carefully. By completing your membership application, you agree to the following terms and conditions (including agreement to provide your personal information). Any changes to the services, and terms and conditions, will be posted on the official website and Facebook. You may also inquire with customer service center (customer service hotline: 03-273-8666). To be eligible for membership, applicant must be at least 20 years old. Membership is personal and only for use by the member.

Membership levels

To participate in our Membership Rewards Program, simply fill in your real personal information in the membership form on our website or apply at our customer service center personally. In accordance with accumulation of purchase amounts within a 12-month period, there are four levels of membership. The purchase amount and membership level will be auto reset and recalculated after valid 12-month period. The respective purchase amounts must be re-accumulated within a year from the date of upgrade in order to renew the same membership level.

遡及計算の規則

Amounts spent may be retroactively credited to your membership account by presenting your receipts at GLORIA OUTLETS’ customer service center within seven days of making the purchases; retroactive credit request will not be accepted after the seven-day period. Retroactively credited amount will be accumulated on the day of the retroactive crediting rather than the actual day of purchase; thus, the purchase amount will not be reflected as being made on the actual day of purchase.

Membershipapplication procedure and important matters

    All applicants must be at least 20 years old. Please complete the membership application form to enjoy membership benefits. The Company reserves the right to reject your entitlement to benefits of the Membership Rewards Program if any information given in the application is untrue. The applicant shall be held legally responsible for any falsehood or identity theft.

    No physical card will be issued upon successful membership application. When making in-store purchases, please provide your virtual membership card on your mobile phone or mobile phone number to accumulate purchase amounts.

    Once membership application is approved, the applicant will be granted lifetime membership as a regular member. The accumulation of purchase amount is based on a 12-month period, after which it will be automatically reset and accumulation of purchase amount will restart.

    Changes to members’ particulars, such as account number, name, gender, date of birth and nationality, are not available online. If you need to change such information, please visit GLORIA OUTLETS’ customer service center with your proof of identity document.

    Except for special purchases, all purchases issued with GLORIA OUTLETS receipts may be accumulated. Special purchases include, but are not limited to: purchase of gift vouchers, foreign currency exchange/ changing money to smaller denominations, parking fee payment, and purchases at convenience store within GLORIA OUTLETS.

    When redeeming discounts and benefits, members must present their valid photo ID to enjoy the redemption.

    When members’ accumulated purchase amount reaches the next level, they will receive a text message and be upgraded to the next membership level starting from the first day of the following month, and enjoy upgraded benefits, discounts and services within a year. (E.g.: A member who has signed up on 5/1/2019 and has an accumulation period of 5/1/2019-4/30/2020 reaches the next level of accumulated purchase amount on 8/20/2019 will be upgraded on 9/1/2019. The member will enjoy upgraded benefits and services in the period 9/1/2019-8/31/2020.)

    The valid period for preferred, premier and prestige membership benefits and qualification is 12 months. The respective purchase amounts must be re-accumulated within a year from the date of upgrade in order to renew the same membership level (amounts for renewal: NT$200,000 for preferred membership, NT$400,000 for premier membership and NT$600,000 for prestige membership).

    If you require a merchandise exchange or return, which would change your original amount spent, please make the request in person at GLORIA OUTLETS. Your accumulated purchase amount may change as a result, affecting the determination of membership level.

    The Company reserves the right to change, review, terminate and/or interpret the content of the Membership Application Procedure at any time without prior notice, and the right of final decision on all matters related to the VIP Membership Rewards Program. Refer to notices at customer service center or the official website for complete details on membership benefits. No separate notice will be given.

    In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the GLORIA OUTLETS (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” and also as “we”, “our” or “us”) hereby notify you of our collection, processing and utilization of your personal information as follows:

    • We collect your personal information for marketing and membership management, and other operational requirements within our registered scope of business and articles of incorporation.
    • Types of personal information: Your personally identifiable information (e.g. name, date of birth, contact method and/or other information that could directly or indirectly identify the specific applicant), personal description, household information, record of spending on recreational activities and interests, occupation and income. You may freely choose not to provide complete personal information; however, you may not be able to enjoy complete membership benefits and services if incomplete personal information is provided.
    • Your personal information shall be stored with the Company in electronic file or paper form until the termination of membership qualification. The Company may use your personal information for consumer behavior analysis, or to send you marketing messages and promotional materials of the Gloria Outlets, Gloria Hotel Group and its business partners.
    • By presenting proof of identity documents to the Company in person, you may request to inquire, review, duplicate, supplement or correct your personal information, request to discontinue its collection, processing or utilization, and request to delete such information. However, you will not be able to enjoy their membership rights and benefits. If the foregoing requests result in our violating the laws or going against requirements of competent authority, or affect our business operation or ability to execute duties and responsibilities, you agree to allow us to continue the collection, processing and utilization of your personal information.
    • Any changes to the foregoing purpose, types and use of personal information collection, processing and utilization will be posted on the official website. No separate notice will be given.
